I've helped companies establish performance review processes with Lattice, implement HRIS solutions (TriNet, Namely), established PEOs (JustWorks, Gusto), developed bonus payout plans and tracked and maintained employee happiness.
Recruiting
Recruiting is the most difficult yet most essential aspect of any fledgling company. My recent experience includes developing evaluation criteria unique to roles, sourcing candidates (personally and using tools such as Gem, Dover and TopFunnel), carrying out interviews (or training employees to do so), implementing an ATS (Lever or Greenhouse) negotiating job offers (Paysa, OpenComp) and more.
Business Operations
I’m specialized in setting scalable strategies that your entire company will eventually use. I’ve implemented tools for task management (Asana, Jira, ClickUp), trademark filing, business registration across the US and Canada, setting OKR’s and tracking metrics.
Finance
I’ve leveraged applications such as JIRAV, Xero and QBO to manage budgets and track runway, and implemented reporting tools and designed dashboards to make sure founders are constantly aware of the financial health of their organization.
